HUGHES RETURNS

Great pitching matchup in New York tonight with Cliff Lee up against Phil Hughes. Lee is coming off a couple great outings at home but hasn’t had much success against the Yankees in his career.
New York -152

MARQUEE PITCHING MATCHUP IN ATLANTA

Should be a great one to watch tonight if you like pitching. Stephen Strasburg has some wicked stuff and Tim Hudson isn’t too bad either. I just don’t like how the Nationals fair out on the road, or the fact that they’ve won just two of their past ten.
Atlanta -115

THE DOC IS IN

Roy Halladay was suppose to make his return to Toronto tonight, but a G20 summit has changed that. Instead the game will be played in Philadelphia. The value is with the Jays though.
Toronto +215

EVERYTHING’S BIGGER IN TEXAS

As you can see above I wasn’t too successful trading the US Open on the weekend. I’ll try to shake that off tonight by finding some value in the MLB.
Texas -240

BEWARE OF TIGERS

Gotta go with one of the hottest pitchers out there right now.
Detroit -200

WINNER TAKES ALL

As much as I would like to see the Lakers lose tonight I think that’s where the value is
Los Angeles -286

CAN’T DO IT ALONE

Roy Oswalt is having a tough time picking up wins this season, even with an ERA just over three. The Astro’s ace is 4-8. He’s been very tough on the road this season. I’m backing him tonight.
Houston -110

BEAT L.A.

The Boston Celtics will be looking for their 18th NBA Championship tonight in Los Angeles. I think tonight will be the time for them to pull it off as they now have the momentum in the series. I will be trading this one in play, just like Games 3,4 and 5.

UNEVENTFUL MONDAY

I picked up a nice win trading Game 2 of the NBA Finals last night. Tonight there isn’t much on the schedule as both the NHL and NBA Finals take tonight off. It’s travel day in the majors so it’s a lighter schedule. I do have one pick that I like from the MLB.
