Backing the Tigers
Just like two days ago, I’m back to backing the Tigers. I guess it’s not just backing the Tigers, it’s also betting against the Indians. Cleveland has lost 10 straight now with no signs of improving.
Justin Verlander will go for the Tigers tonight. I like the hard throwing right hander to have success against a team who averages just 2.5 runs over their past 10 games.
The Indians will send Carlos Carrasco out to make his fourth start in the majors. He hasn’t won yet, getting tagged with two losses and one no-decision. His first start was against the Tigers. In that game Carrasco went three innings, allowing six earned runs for the loss.
The road favorite is the way to go here.
