Celtics Hold Off Nets

The Boston Celtics were up by as many as 13 points early in the fourth quarter. Before the quarter was half way through the lead was bouncing around six points. It was at this point I started seeing some value in laying the Celtics. The Celtics were on the road and missing Kevin Garnett. Also, Vince Carter was having a good night and I thought it possible that he could carry the Nets to a victory. When the Nets got to within a possession of tying the game I had more confidence in the Nets chances of winning.

Here is a look at the prices I layed the Celtics on Betfair at during this stage of the game.

The Nets not only tied the game but went ahead with a three-pointer by Vince Carter with just over a minute left in the game. I then backed the Celtics/layed the Nets to green up my book. After a couple other minor bets this is how I finished the game.
