NBA Preview: Celtics vs. Magic
Boston Celtics’ coach Doc Rivers should know the importance of home court advantage in the playoffs after experiencing Boston’s 2008 playoffs. He is saying that he his team can win anywhere and he will continue to ease injured players back to get ready for the playoffs.
Tonight the Celtics are in Orlando to face the Magic. Both teams have 18 losses on the season, so this game could go a long way in determining which team will finish second in the conference and have home court advantage if these two teams met in the playoffs.
Right now the Magic are 3 1/2 point favorites. With the game in Orlando and the Celtics using Kevin Garnett in moderation I am taking the Magic in this one, both to win and to cover the spread.
