Steven Jackson sits 4th quarter

Week 13 in the NFL saw the St. Louis Rams lose to the Miami Dolphins 16-12. To see the Rams lose is not the unusual thing here as they have two wins this year. What is unusual is that Steven Jackson sat out most of the 4th quarter in a close football game. Jackson had carried the ball 21 times for 94 yards and looked quite strong for the first three quarters. According to Ram’s coach Jim Haslett, Jackson “was gassed , and his leg started to bother him.” Jackson denies this was the case. This could be a case of St. Louis playing for a better draft pick, it is a situation to watch closely because if this is the case moneyline bets against the Rams would definately be an advantage bet. The Rams are in Arizona next week to play the Cardinals, then follow with two home games against the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers and finish the season in Atlanta.
