The Players’ Championship Preview
Looking at the odds for this weekend’s Players’ Championship I don’t think you have to look far down the board to find some value. Tiger Woods looks like great value to me at 5.2 on Betfair. I know he hasn’t played well here but he has admitted that he hasn’t struck the ball well in this tournament. I think anytime you can get Tiger at the start of a tournament at odds higher than 5.0 you should jump on it.
Looking beyond Tiger I like Jim Furyk for 40.0. This is a good course for Furyk as a control player. He might be able to zone in enough to put up some good scores. Hunter Mahan might also be a good back, I would have thought odds would have been better than 60.0 on him though.
